Egg & Cheese Hash Browns Waffles

I rate this recipe very highly because I have been doing this for 45 years. Why there is a recipe on the internet for it is beyond my understanding. If adult married or single people do not know how to cook this up then their parents were lacking in diligent cooking skills.

I do know some women (sorry) that can't cook anything, do not know how to clean and etc. My son is married to one. He did not realize it until it was too late. Kids are following mommy in the lazy department. Walking the dog is more important to her that walking around the home with a dust cloth.

  • 6 eggs

Instructions

  1. Whisk eggs and stir in all other ingredients.
  2. (For picky eaters, leave the add-in options separate to add to each waffle individually.)
  3. Scoop ½-3/4 cup of egg/hashbrown mixture into waffle iron.
  4. Top with add-ins.
  5. Close waffle iron and cook for 3-5 minutes until brown and crispy.
