I halved this for my husband and I...used 2 Tbl butter, 1 Tbl Olive oil--that was plenty. It made 2 dinner servings and 1 lunch serving (for the next day). I served it with a large green salad. It was fabulous. We loved it. I would definitely make it again. I had gotten an 8 oz. pkg of baby bella's on sale and wanted something to do with them. WIN!
This was excellent! Pure and simple a great recipe, fast, super flavorful and I even got hugs after this meal everyone was so happy! Thank you. The only thing I did differently was add a few small ladles full of pasta water to the sauce to stretch it as another suggested. May I say too that every recipe I have tried from your site has been wonderful.
